Customer Service Mechanic (pit Crew)
Job Description
The Karting Arena, a subsidiary of Presidium Instruments, seeks to bring a fresh image, as well as to develop the sporting scene in Singapore for an improved active lifestyle for everyone. The Karting Arena is a go-kart facility with its own fleet of go-karts that are suitable for both team building, family bonding and even competitive sporting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the safety of customers on track
- Maintenance of the electric karts and upkeeping of the facility to ensure that everything is in good working condition
- Provide safety briefing to customers
- Compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Identify and assess customers' needs
- Attending to customer queries
- Willingness to learn and work as a team
- Ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- No skills needed; training will be provided on maintaining the karts
- Prior experience in mechanical and electrical related industries would be a plus
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and outdoor environment
- Good time management skills
- Good customer service orientation and communication skills
- 5-day work including both weekends
