Jobscope:
- Receive and triage incoming calls to other clinical services personnel appropriately
- Provide site user training to clinical study site staff
- Enter data and maintain clinical study site information in the project specific databases
- Participate in user testing
- Assist in performing routine availability testing
- Demonstrate knowledge of assigned study protocols and specifications
- Report all study specific, site, inventory and sponsor related problems or issues to project team manager promptly and accurately
- Direct site support and problem solving support to clinical study site staff
- Complete clinical study site drug ordering
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
- Min Degree in any courses
- Min 1-3 years in a customer service role in a clinical trial industry
- Able to start work on short notice
