Responsibilities:
Operations
- To enforce entry/exit check in compliance with regulations for members and guests.
- To attend to guest needs, enquiry and provide excellent customer service.
- To alert the management immediately of failures, impending failure to all hardware and software pertinent to the smooth operations of the Branch.
- To ensure that all keys are in safe custody.
- To attend to machine faults and perform simple repairs.
- To witness ram clear, machine configuration, testing, seal and break seal of machine after technician has repaired in accordance to SOPs, and filling up the necessary forms for submission to finance.
- To ensure the required tickets reports are submitted to Finance daily together with Daily Sales Report (DSR).
- To oversee collection weekly.
- Opening and closing of shift.
- Ticket redemption and payment.
- To void and replace damaged cashable ticket.
- To monitor and be responsible for cash float.
- To help gather and provide ground feedback to CM
- To guide and impart necessary skills and knowledge to new colleagues.
- To provide useful feedback for the improvement of Branch operations.
- To perform all tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory position preferred
- Training Provided
- Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holiday
