Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications required for business travel.
Schedule and coordinate executive and client meetings, ensuring availability and preferences are considered.
Manage and organize expense submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Maintain records of expenses and receipts for tracking purposes.
Assist in the creation and formatting of presentation decks.
Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure presentations are well-prepared and visually appealing.
Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Assist employees with travel arrangements when necessary.
Assist various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of admin/office experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
