Manage payroll tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with tax regulations across various jurisdictions.
Administer bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing for multiple locations
Handle all monthly payroll transactions, encompassing employee payroll cycles, tax obligations, and statutory requirements.
Oversee and process year-end payroll filings in diverse regions.
Evaluate existing payroll procedures and offer recommendations for process and policy enhancements when necessary.
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling all compensation-related matters, including payroll files.
Collaborate in both internal and external audits.
Provide assistance and address inquiries regarding payroll from employees, tax authorities, senior management, third-party vendors, accounting, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Experience working across international markets, India and AU preferred
3+ years experience with regional payroll experience for 500+ employees
Ability to work independently and multi-task under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills
