Accountabilities:
Campaign & Project Management
- Manage and execute different types of digital programs/campaigns
- Identify and resolves issues and roadblocks
- Support to execute and analyze campaigns to ensure and maximize effectiveness and produce optimal ROI
- Support to conduct competitive and market analysis
- Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plan
- Support to explore online marketing opportunities
- Liaise with Regional and Affiliates to establish and manage online activities
- Build and maintain relationships & communication channels with Brands and Corporate teams
- Manage information and communication to support better decision making
- Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders
- Understand and translate reporting into business requirements
- Evaluate digital program effectiveness
- Other Ad Hoc reports
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong sense of work prioritization
- Outgoing, proactive, fast-learning, independent and innovative
- Passion for Online marketing, love online shopping and with high interest in exploring digital knowledge
- Eager to learn
- Able to lead and work with people at all levels across the business and influence opinion to accomplish business goals and objectives without damaging relationships
- Diploma or Degree holder with related experience in digital consumer sales and marketing a plus
