The e-Commerce Executive will be responsible for day to day operations of our online sales platforms. This includes ensuring the timely update of new products and prices and working to improve the online customer experience, including speaking to customers via email or over the phone. As our ideal candidate, you are detail-oriented and expect nothing but greatness. You possess basic knowledge of operating an e-commerce store and the sneaker industry, and you are comfortable interacting with customers via e-mail, phone and face-to-face. Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain online content
- Ensure all content is accurate and up to date
- Manage order processing, fulfilment and returns
- Respond to all online customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Immediately assist any customers who may choose to pick up their orders in person
- Maintain required stock level of packaging materials
- Communicate with the retail team as needed
- Passionate about marketplace
- At least 6 months\' experience in a similar role
- Diploma holders preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Team player
- Good problem solving skills

- 5 day work week, office hours
- Monday to Friday
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
- E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
