6 months Temp Accounts Assistant (cover maternity)
Location: One North
Salary: Up to $2500
Monday - Friday, office hours
:
- Accounts Payable functions: Checking, P R/DO/Inv matching, posting of AP Invoices, reconciliation SOA & Analysing
- Accounts Receivable: Cash Receipts Posting entries to system
- Fixed Assets Maintenance: Recording, filing, updating and depreciation calculation
- Monitor & maintain prepayment and accrual schedules
- General Ledger Journal Voucher entry and analysis report
- Possess at least Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or any relevant disciplines;
- Have minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Accounts Department
