Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours: Mon - Fri OH
Pay: 10.5/hr
Job scope
- Provide administrative support
- Manage and facilitate the learning workflow in the learning management system (LMS), eg. course creation, application and approval.
- Generate reports and dashboards on learning progress and effectiveness (eg training utilisation, programme evaluation, bond tracking, etc).
- Update and maintain accurate records of learning and development activities and progress.
- Provide support on basic enquiries from learners and Divisions relating to programme applications, processes and policies.
- Source for vendors for training programmes, products and services.
- Provide support on procurement of learning programmes and activities.
- Provide other administrative support to people development efforts where required
