Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist customers on booking of ActiveSG facilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure customers adhere to the booking terms and conditions and prompt in their payment \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to users\' feedback, queries, request for quotations and complaints \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow-thru any booking requests received (end-to-end process) \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse/prepare booking reports where necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist to perform user administration and system tests for the mobile applicationWhat we are looking for:Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active while being keen on learning, technology and innovation. The ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in any field \xe2\x80\xa2 Having prior experience with facilities booking is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with minimum 2 years of customer service background \xe2\x80\xa2 Good writing and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Has a positive attitude, with grit & resilience and passion to serve customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to work on weekends (when required)About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
