Successful candidate will be offered a 6-month contract.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: The Temporary Staff of ActiveGroove should aspire to bring into effect paradigm shift in how Singaporeans perceive and respond to participation in street dance, with the aim of facilitating and sustaining active participation in the sport. Working closely with the Team Lead to plan, design, coordinate and implement programmes and activities, especially for junior and youth participants, with the aim of nurturing them to become leaders and team players on and off the court. You will also fulfil the following responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Develop and implement the range of grassroots and developmental programmes, competitions and leagues to engage and nurture the interest for sustainable participation in the sport. xe2x80xa2 Develop and implement the range of schools and community outreach initiatives and events to increase the awareness and recruitment for the Club. xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance the overall delivery of programmes and activities within the ecosystem, through designing and developing of curriculum for players and coaches and forming partnerships with credible organisations. xe2x80xa2 Monitor and analyse database of players' and parents', to recommend retention and development initiatives, and identify advocates to set up and develop parent support group. xe2x80xa2 Support the Team Lead to oversee the development of coaches through monitoring of Coaches' database and establishing a coach development and education pathway. xe2x80xa2 To lead or support the other ActiveSG Academies and Clubs and Sport 3 programmes.What we are looking for:Job Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: xe2x80xa2 At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport development, club management related work xe2x80xa2 Prior experience in project management is advantageous xe2x80xa2 Good understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem xe2x80xa2 Ability to adapt in a dynamic working environment xe2x80xa2 Ability to manage and lead people of diverse backgrounds and different positions xe2x80xa2 Good organisational, management and administrative skills.About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
