In this role, You will, \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor if SportSG\'s policies and procedures are reviewed timely and follow up with respective owners if needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform compliance testing to identify gaps and follow up with owners for timely closure of remediation actions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collate KRI data from respective owners within ACE and prepare reporting for management purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute in cross-team projects relating to business process improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and assess audit findings to recommend if improvements need to be made at a corporate level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on action plans to address audit findings so that root causes are adequately addressed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide risk perspective for ad hoc queries from Business Groups. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service provider to schedule and plan for audits of sport charities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor service provider\'s performance to ensure timely and quality completion of audit reports and other deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform other contract administration activities to ensure terms of contract with service provider are being adhered to. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist team member in the review and processing of applications relating to sport charity registration, renewal of IPC status and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement initiatives to promote good governance practices within SportSG and sport charities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following; \xe2\x80\xa2 Background in Business or Accountancy, ACCA qualification or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3 years of relevant working experience with audit and project management experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of internal controls \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in reviewing processes to identify non-compliances, unacceptable risk exposures and/or inefficiencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in dealing with people of various levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft office applications (e.g. excel) and IT savvy with using different systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity in Business Systems (e.g., Workday, Share Point, Tableau, Micro Strategy) would be advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, independent and resourceful. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.About Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
