Description
- The main area of work is in employees benefits. The incumbent will have to handle high volume of employees' claims/bills in HRIS.
- An average of 1000 to 1200 claims/bills go through our HRIS on a monthly basis. Amongst which, the incumbent is expected to handle 200 to 300 claims/bills manually every month. The rest are automatically processed.
- The incumbent will have to work with external parties to ensure the bills are paid promptly.
- The incumbent has to be familiar with the policies and to abide by the policies when handling staff claims/bills and the enquiries that come.
- The other focus area is in employees leave where the incumbent will also receive enquiries pertaining to their leave entitlement.
- The incumbent will have to manage their own stress level when handling the portfolio as it comes with employees' expectations and enquiries.
- Min Diploma / Degree in any courses
- Some admin / HR experience is preferred
- Able to start work immediately
