Job Description


Our client is from government agency championing enterprise development where it aims to offer support, resources and business insights for every stage of your company\'s growth.

As a Payroll Manager, you will be supervising a team of specialists collectively to fulfill the payroll requirements. Your roles & responsibilities includes:

SG Payroll

  • Manage and process monthly payroll, including payroll payments and deductions verification, payroll data check and input in system.
  • Ensure payroll, headcount reconciliation & variance report are delivered accurately and timely manner to client.
  • Process and submit monthly CPF & MSO for Enterprise Singapore & Infra Asia (subsidiary company).
  • Year -end tax processing and IRAS Reporting.
  • Submission of tax clearance (IR21) for foreigner leavers.
  • Assist in year- end payroll audit, preparation of payroll & CPF report as well as bank statement for auditor.
  • Perform off-cycle pay run, e.g., festival advance run.
  • Extract payroll data requested by client.
  • Prepare monthly fund transfer request to finance for payroll, CPF, secondment billing and ad hoc payment.
  • Liaise with finance on monthly payroll journal entries, accrual & reversal journal.
  • Seek refund from CPF board for payroll recovery, adjustment and excess AW Ceiling.
Overseas Centre (OC) Payroll
  • Creation of bank files, e.g., T/T payment & ACH for respective OC.
  • Prepare & upload monthly journal entries for respective OC.
  • Monitoring payroll clearing account.
  • Reconciliation of bank statement for respective OC
Accounting & Others
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly secondment billing for verification, thereafter, send to finance for invoices issuance.
  • Monitoring recoverable- third party account.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation for DBS SGD & USD
  • Resolved erroneous journal entries posted by teammate.
  • Provide payroll related data for MOM surveys.
  • Perform UAT for payroll system.
Year End Financials
  • Prepare accrual journal entries for the following.
  • Bonus for HQ employees & management associates.
  • Post retirement benefits
  • HR Claims
  • Final clearing of clearing account
  • Reversal of bonus payout
  • Estimation cost of secondment billing for new FY.
Requirements:

- 4 to 5 years in Payroll Management

- Meticulous and able to work within tight timelines

- Supervisory experience is an advantage
