The main area of work is in employees benefits. The incumbent will have to handle high volume of employees\' claims/bills in HRIS.
An average of 1000 to 1200 claims/bills go through our HRIS on a monthly basis. Amongst which, the incumbent is expected to handle 200 to 300 claims/bills manually every month. The rest are automatically processed.
The incumbent will have to work with external parties to ensure the bills are paid promptly.
The incumbent has to be familiar with the policies and to abide by the policies when handling staff claims/bills and the enquiries that come.
The other focus area is in employees leave where the incumbent will also receive enquiries pertaining to their leave entitlement.
The incumbent will have to manage their own stress level when handling the portfolio as it comes with employees\' expectations and enquiries.
Requirements
Min Diploma in any courses
Some experience in any fields of HR is preferred
Able to start work immediately
