Job Responsibilities
- Support on global project such as job evaluation, process optimization and simplification
- Support on annual salary reviews and bonus exercises ensuring employees receive compensation based on Company's policy on a timely manner
- Supports on Total Rewards related queries
- Work across CoE Specialists, Partners and Heads of CoEs to ensure on time deliverables on assigned projects
- Assist in any other ad-hoc project or tasks as required
- Preferably candidate with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Statistics and Computer Sciences
- Candidate must have fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Excel (such as vlookup, pivot table, If function, sort and filter data)
