Description
- Develop operational budget for the organization:
- Financial projection and budget
- Monthly variance analysis between actual and budget
- Monitoring of budget utilization
- Undertake project appraisals within an organization:
- NPV assessment on projects
- Perform costing analysis
- Monitor project funding, provide update on project status to project owner
- Develop management accounting structure:
- Analyse and present financial performance by budget comparison and trend comparison
- Summarize key focus to senior management and stakeholders based on analysis.
- Contribute and monitor the financial aspect of organization change:
- Assess financial implication on decision made during strategic planning exercise
- Monitor strategic financial indicators
- Oversee and manage financial operation functions (business office):
- Assist with the smooth running of finance operation (business office) especially those related to patient billings and refunds.
- Monitor and manage patient bad debts
- Assist and support in internal and external audit:
- Liaise with auditors
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Any other projects or duties assigned by the department
- Min Degree in Accounting/ACCA or equivalent
- Min. 2-3 years of accounting experience in a commercial organization, preferably have relevant management accounting experience
- Able to start work immediately
- SAP experience is preferred
