Job Description

- Position Title: ABA Therapist
- Working Location: Raffles Place (Walking distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Develop and implement therapy protocols.
- Ensure holistic student welfare.
- Maintain case notes and reports progress.
- Maintain close relationships and communication with all stakeholders of the classroom/ school.
- Provide 1:1 and small group sessions.
- Manage student behaviours in classroom.
- Meet with teachers to support the student\'s needs in their classrooms.
- Carry out special duties (e.g., outdoor recreation area monitor, extra-curricular activities, holiday camps, school fairs, open houses).
- Mentor/ support Teachers in the behavioural management realm.
- Modify lessons according to each child\'s ability level.
- Be knowledgeable on professional techniques and best practices in special education.
- Adhere to school\'s SOPs.
- Complete respective administrative duties (e.g., maintaining the communication booklet, attendance-record keeping, etc.).
- Maintain, adhere to and be up to date with Edutrust processes and systems.
- Must have at least a professional Diploma/ Certificate (but Bachelor\'s degree is preferred) in Education, Special Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related field.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
