Job Description
With TOA Global’s newest training-to-employment program, the Accelerator Program, we are recruiting for 40 Accounting Trainees whose accounting careers will be developed to the next level for engagement to our global clients.
What is covered in the Program?
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Accountant
- Must have experience in journal entries, general ledger, trial balance and financial statements
- A graduate of Accounting or any related course
- Conversant with the English language
- Tech savvy
- Willing to undergo a 7-week Paid training
- Willing to work onsite in our Clark Office
Salary bump: +10% on base pay on the 1st day with a client

relevant forms - Prepare and complete a personal tax return (1040 and 1120), including,
all required forms through Pro-Connect, ready
for manager’s review
