Manage support and monitoring of the banks critical Access Management solutions, synchronisation/provisioning workflows and infrastructure components through the complete IPM lifecycle. This will include: Application Configuration Management from the Authorisation Concept to the Entitlement Management Request tool (ECMS -> BBS), Provisioning Interface Configuration (BBS -> Target), Bulk Entitlement Updates (BBS MM), Business Role Management, Mover Process/Suppression Support, the migration of BBS>Omada.
Automation/ application development experience, understanding of Agile or any other SDLC methodology would be advantageous
A good understanding of ITIL Service Operations process such as Incident Management, Request fulfilment, Problem Management
Familiarity with Service Management tools (eg: Service Now) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests. Preferable tools knowledge: Mainframe (TSO, JCL, Editor), Database (DB2, SQL, Spufi/Startool)
Preference would be given to candidates who have also worked on BBS, ECMS, Mainframe/TSO (create and run Mainframe SQL scripts) LDAP, ACTIVE DIRECTORY, OMADA
