The mission of Technology Operation Risk (TOR) is to deliver first-line defenses to manage risks to Firm technology, information and cyber threats through risk identification, control management and assurance. This allows the business to operate and grow in a secure and legally compliant manner. This role is to be part of the Privileged Access fleet, part of Identity and Access Management function, within the TOR which aims to support effective design, operation, measurement, and management of Privileged Access controls that reduce information and operational risk across all lines of business to meet the regulatory and audit requirements and Firm\'s policies. The Privileged Access fleet designs, develops and deploys Privileged Access controls for both on-premises and public cloud infrastructure, and middleware technologies. The candidate will be part of the global team with global responsibilities of the below:

Responsibilities:

• Integration engineering - The role shall be responsible for developing integrated solutions between the firms existing Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and new services being deployed both on-premises and within public cloud.
• Detect Controls - Partnering with the Privileged Access development, Security Admin, and Public Cloud Transformation Services, the role will enhance and expand oversight reporting and review platforms for both Privileged Access and System Entitlement controls.
• Partner with Public Cloud and Security Architecture teams to agree and document requirements, for public cloud access.
• Draft, compile and give presentations on different occasions and forums to present informational updates and summaries to a broad range of audiences including senior management, infrastructure owners, representatives from all lines of business, and end users.
• Analyze, correlate and visualize entitlement data by leveraging various data resources and repositories using Firm\'s technologies and solutions

Qualifications:

Skills:

Comfortable of taking a hybrid role that requires both technical development skills as well as providing client-facing support for operational services and processes

Having solid computer science fundamentals with strong experience in Java.

Prior experience in cybersecurity or IAM would be a plus but is not required.

Experienced in Git or any other forms of version control systems.

Experienced in Jenkins or any CI/CD technology would be beneficial.

Accredited on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS.

At least three years of industrial experience of working as a developer or integration engineer.

Familiarity with or having hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management security domain is a plus.

Comfortable working as an integral member of a global organization with team members, stakeholders, upper management and clients in different regions across Asia, EMEA and North America
