Job Description


  • Handle of office administrative tasks for new employee and resignee.
  • Handle employee contracts, office supplies and filing.
  • Support to prepare office expenses summary and up keep of vendor Invoice, payment voucher.
  • Able to work without supervision with good working attitude.
  • word, excel, printer, basic computer skills.
  • Preferable from China as working environment is mostly China citizens employee.
  • Worker able to able to handle tight schedule ad-hoc request
  • Work between Mon to Sat, 6-day work per week.
