Responsibilities

• Hands-on front desk operations, answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls, responding email enquiries as required;
• Schedule and take part in conducting interviews
• Providing administration support to Admin and HR Department such as taking down time records of employees.
• Assist to answer employees\xe2\x80\x99 queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Hands-on to deployment and scheduling tasks

Skills/Things you can gain from an internship:

• Experience with HR software such AGHRMS and QuickBooks
• Exposure to iREP, Milestones and Hikvision System
• Exposure to deployment and scheduling tasks
• Knowledge of HR and Employment policies
• General office administration and management
• Exposure to Recruitment Processes
• Organizational skills such man power management
• Phone, email and in-person communication skills
