Job Description


We are looking for account admin with at least 2 years experience or more in construction company.

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Provide administrative support to the operation and sales team
  • Consolidate DO and process the DO and invoices
  • Process payroll and CPF matters
  • Prepare payment voucher and petty cash
  • Process and issue cheque for payment
  • Cash flow management
  • Safekeep staff’s Personal-files
  • Maintain staff leave records – Annual leave, Medical leave, Childcare, NS, maternity leave etc
  • Liaise with Insurance companies on company insurance renewal , coverage and claims
  • Process new joiners and resignees matters
  • Handle and process all foreigner WP and S Pass matter
  • Submission of income tax
  • Standardize all company forms: expenditure forms, leave forms, job application forms, petty cash forms, etc
  • Perform all accounts Book keeping, AP, AR function
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Assist in any other assigned projects/duties

Singapore and Malaysian are welcome.

Working hours : 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday only)
