Job Description
Account Assistant (Construction)
- Monday-Friday [8am-5.30pm]
- Gul Circle
- $2,500 - $2,800
- Prepare monthly suppliers payment
- Handle staffs\' expenses reimbursement or petty cash claim
- Issue sales invoicing to customers
- Assist monthly Suppliers\' Statement reconciliations
- Daily accounting system (AP/AR) data entry updates
- Quarterly GST Reporting (Form 5)
- Liaise and coordinate with QS on monthly project revenue/costing/inventory matters
- Ad-hoc activities as assigned by CFO / Accounts Executive
- Knowledge in CCS accounting system will be an added advantage
