Salary: $2,000 to $3,000 Working hours: 5.5 days (Mon ' Fri 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm) Location: Pioneer Point Requirements: At least 2 years of experience Qualification: Must have at least a Diploma, LCCI, or any equivalent Job description: Focusing on Account Receivable (AR) while assisting with Account Payable (AP) Records incoming payment and make payment to supplier, sub-con, etc Conduct meetings with project managers for updates on project costs and expenses Keeps proper records of all transactions Prepare invoice and mail to the customer for claim Issue cheque for payment Carry out the proper filing of all documents Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned
