  • Account Assistant * Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm * Salary: S$2500-S$2700 * Location: Bukit TImah Job Scope * Day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable & Payable function. Account Assistant Working days & hours: 5 days, 9am-6pm Salary: S$2500-S$2700 Location: Bukit TImah Job Scope Day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable & Payable function. Matching of invoices with related documents. Verify authorisation and accuracy of billing documents from Supplier. Code, data entry and ascertain transactions are accurately booked into system. Process payment to suppliers within the credit terms. Ensure follow up actions are taken to clear outstanding balances. Monthly reconciliation against supplier's Statement of Account and rectifies the discrepancies. Responsible for all the billing matters. Ensure all the invoices, debit notes, credit notes are raised to timely and accurately. Liaise with relevant departments and clients to resolve invoice discrepancies.
