Reponsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts
- Responsible for dealing with accounting related authorities, client, and subcontractors management.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly accounts related documents (AO/AO-1, etc).
- Consolidate and prepare and compile bi-weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare payments; billings; update sub-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s payments and assist in GST reporting.
- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and delivery orders.
- Maintain all transmittal records
- Get Subcon / Suppliers to fill up payee bank form and verify their bank accounts with their accounts staff or person in charge.
- Planning for payment cycle.
- Cash Flow projection, Accounts closing & reporting to HQ Japan on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Min 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Buildsmart System is a plus
