Arrange for banking of customer's cheques Responsible to reconcile the Accounts Receivable Processing payment ie. Cash & Cheques to creditors after verifying validity claims or invoices Responsible for Inventory Control Entries Preparing the Accounts Payable list and liaising with creditors on payments and to resolve any abnormalities in invoices Responsible for Standard Local Purchases (P/Os) Compute overseas landed costing (imports) Compute jobs costing Participate in yearly stock take Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
