. You'll play an integral role in supporting both accounting and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare quotations, simple design proposals, and project work schedules.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Provide administrative and office support to maintain efficient operations.
Handle billing activities, including issuing invoices and recording customer payments.
Verify and process staff petty cash claims accurately.
Assist the Head of Department with ad hoc administrative and accounting duties as required.
Support other tasks assigned by management to ensure seamless workflow.
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
