Job Description


What Will You Do

  • Assist in daily Account Receivable and Payable (AR/AP) functions
  • Assist in data entry of receipts and customer invoices in accounting system
  • Handle Bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of AR/AP supporting schedules
  • To prepare suppliers payment.
  • To investigate and solve invoices dispute.
  • To handle petty cash claims.
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management
Requirement
  • At least 1-2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Independent with excellent leadership skill neat, organized and meticulous
