Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
General Ledge
- Review branches’ monthly expenses report, remittance request and provide support to branches account PIC
- Prepare monthly provision/ closing journals by end of 1st workday
- Generate reports e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, 3D PL
- Prepare monthly PL review presentation materials
- Assit to prepare budget for new financial year
- Assist to prepare and upload budget information for new financial year in SAP
- Maintain proper filing system for monthly GL journals, and management reports
- Review monthly logistic cost billing
- Liaise with logistic provider for invoices and reports
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
- Process G&A invoice
- Prepare and submit monthly re-billing DN requisition
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department
- Support the accounting team in month end, and year end closing activities
- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties assigned
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years working experience in managing full sets accounting
- Strong in operating MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferably candidates with experience in SAP skills.Able to work overtime when needed
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
