Location: Pasir Panjang . 8 months contract Responsibilities * Provide general administrative including mailing, scanning, copying to management * Maintain electronic and hard copy f . Location: Pasir Panjang . 8 months contract Responsibilities Provide general administrative including mailing, scanning, copying to management Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Perform data entry and scan documents Assist in resolving any administrative problems Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries Prepare and raise Purchase Order Attend to Service Ticket raised online Schedule and coordinate meetings Maintain office/pantry supplies Qualification: Diploma qualification required 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must Knowledge of operating standard office equipment Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills Good research skills and attention to detail
