Job Description


  • Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team
  • Keep track of project costing details and sub-con records, update payments made on a monthly/periodic basis
  • Handling account payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation.
  • Managing petty cash transactions & Staff claims processing
  • Liaise with external parties, e.g. banks, auditors, Co secretary, Tax agent and government authorities when required
  • To consolidate company account & balance sheet & GST submission, issue payment to suppliers.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper documentation
  • Assist in Handling GST return & declaration
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Audit experience will be an added advantage
  • committed, confident personality with strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Familiar with MYOB will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month Benefits:
