Position: Accounts and admin assistant Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hour) Job Location: Ubi Duties and Responsibilities You are primarily responsible for the following: - 1. Handles Accounts Receivables function of the company and full set accounts of smaller entities; 2. Reports to the Group Finance Manager; 3. Performs data entry for receipts and offsets; 4. Reconciles cash collections to daily retail sales report; 5. Follows up on customer payments; 6. Prepares monthly AR aging reports; 7. Issues Credit Notes/Debit Notes; 8. Banks in cheques and cash receipts; 9. Assists in preparation of sales reports / other data analysis to management; 10. Prepares credit review, maintains customer data in system; 11. Files finance documents and performs other administrative tasks; 12. Liaises with professionals such as auditors, tax agents etc.; 13. Performs any other ad hoc tasks reasonably assigned by superiors. Minimum Qualifications 1. Diploma in Accountancy; 2. 2 years of relevant working experience; 3.
