Job description:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Priority for candidate with accounting relevant experience
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, MYOB
  • Must willing to learn, positive work attitude, work in fast paced environment and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately/short notice
Job responsibilities:
  • Accounting (E.g. bookkeeping, data key in, account payable and account receivable role, etc)
  • Provide general administrative duties (E.g. scanning, filing of document, prepare PO, quotation, accounts related document, paper work & etc)
  • Handling of corporate's insurance matter
  • Handling of employees' training matter
  • Support general office operation
  • Vendor soucing and procurement
  • Monitor shipment of order
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
