Account Delivery Manager

Job Description


We are currently working with a global Data Centre Operator that has strong establishments in the SEA Region, to look for an Account Delivery Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of project delivery and ongoing daily service operations, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements while managing associated delivery costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on behalf of the organization, establishing and nurturing professional and integrity-based customer relationships.
- Manage a wide service scope, including Data Center Hosting Services, Network Services, Cloud Managed Services, IT Managed Services, and Disaster Recovery Services, covering project delivery, transition, and ongoing service phases. Key responsibilities encompass project time management, quality management, cost management, ongoing SLA management, and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interface communication related to project delivery and ongoing service operations, coordinating internal resources in alignment with company standards and customer requirements. Provide regular project and service reports and facilitate customer meetings with the internal team for effective communication.
- Oversee end-to-end management of Data Center construction and customization projects in collaboration with sales/presales, design, construction & testing, and commission teams. This includes project scheduling, quality control, cost management, and risk mitigation, with the escalation of issues to senior management and ensuring customer acceptance.
- Assume responsibility for SLA compliance and customer satisfaction during ongoing operation phases. Coordinate with DC Operation, Network, and IT service teams to drive continuous service improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure internal process fulfillment, including procurement, audit, ITIL-related, and project-related activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal team to ensure the execution of customer contracts and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Display a willingness to embrace challenges and adapt to change.

Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Possess more than 8 years of work experience in the Internet/DC industry, Telecom, or IT industry, with at least 5 years in a customer service manager role.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Internet or Telecom operations, and experience with Data Center construction or operation is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent customer interface experience, effective communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in report writing.
- Display a strong aptitude for learning and self-driven initiative, along with a readiness to embrace challenges and change.
- Possess a high level of client-servicing willingness and capability, including handling emergent public relations issues, mediating conflicts, and building trust with clients.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is required.
