Responsible for
Managing assigned accounts to meet the agreed clients KPI and, SLAs within the allocated budget
Main Activities & Responsibilities
- Primary escalation point for client on account service delivery issues
- Manage small teams of junior staff to meet KPIs based on approved budget and sizing
- Coach new staff on scope and responsibility
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements
- Raise and be responsible for local Project Change Requests (PCRs) / work order amendments
- Manage services/device security to client policies or companies best practices
- Establish SOPs and drive process compliance for mail run, business processing services, and statement printing
- Regularly review SOPs for improvements in efficiency and profitability
- Perform checker role for business processing service and backfill for staff coverage
- Maintain up-to-date device inventory, price plan, floor maps/plans, and manage project financials and costs.

- Good knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing in market, solutions Grid technologies
- 2 year\'s relevant experience in managerial positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good understanding of processes and requirements with the ability to identify areas of improvement
- Good Organization skills
- Good time management ability to meet agreed client and internal timelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
