We're looking for an Account Development Executive (9 Month contract) to join our team in Singapore as part of our Sales function.Your Role: You will be responsible for growing revenue from a defined portfolio of clients across Asia. You will be skilled in developing high-level relationships to develop long-term strategic partnerships. You will be customer focussed and have the ability to craft and develop solutions from our products to help grow your clients business objectives.You will enjoy both direct client contact roles, and collaborate closely with the Customer Success specialist to turn valuable knowledge of the client into commercial conversations.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for hitting personal revenue target as well as helping the team to hit their overall targetMaintain consistent commercial activity in Salesforce through effective relationship building, call management and growth strategiesAccurate and continuous forecasting of renewal conversations outcomes throughout client lifetime cycleCreate an annual business plan to identify risk and growth opportunities as well as a forecast plan to exceed commercial targets. Review on a monthly basis.Work with the customer success specialist to drive growth and account retentionMaintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders so you are clear on their business challenges and articulate the value of WARC on supporting their businessWork with the Global AD team on ad hoc projects when required ie Smooth onboarding of new clients - identify problem areas and implement new processes to improve, with tangible outcomes to measure successYour ExperiencePrevious experience in a revenue generating account management roleEvidence of a drive and determination to hit targetsExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skillsMust be extremely customer-service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectationsMust be detail-orientated and organised; able to multitask and think quickly; a fast learnerStrong business acumen, problem solving & analytical skillsProven negotiation skills with persistence and tenacityEvidence of working within a team to achieve both individual and wider team goalsExcellent internet researcher with good knowledge of major industry sourcesEvidence of the ability to forecast financial outcomes, identify challenges and risks and to manage a plan of action in those circumstancesExperience of presenting to groups of individuals face to face and running online demonstrations of products/servicesWho are we?LIONS Division showcases global best practice in creativity, effective and impactful marketing.
