Account Executive / Accountant [ Full Set ]

Job Description
- Account Executive
- Working Days: 5 days
- Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM
- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Finance / Accounting / Full set / LOC / Account Executive / Account admin / Junior / Accountant
- Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or Banking will be added advantage
- At least 2 years\' experience in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in liaising with banks for matters related to Letters of Credits will be added advantage
- Daily and monthly cash and bank reconciliation
- Perform daily cash forecast and management
- Manage and perform daily local payments and Telegraphic Transfers
- Check, Process and Record employee claims
- Perform checks on Import and Export documents drawn under LCs
- Manage Office administration and facilities including but not limited to mail sorting and distribution, pantry and stationery supplies and office facilities
- Liaise with banks to monitor and follow up on Letters of Credits updates
- Work closely with operations team to provide clear instructions to bank for process of LC application, negotiation, amendments & etc
- Perform entry of all transaction data and process documents
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 5 days (9am- 5:30pm)
- Boon Lay
- Possess 2 to 3 years of accounting experience
- Full set experience is a plus
- Diploma/ Degree in relevant field
- Familiar with Sunsystems GL Module will be a plus
- Knowledgeable in finance, budgeting and costing
- Year End Audit Support
- Knowledge of GST reporting
