Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform day to day financial transactions on AP, AR, Bank and etc.
• Prepare P/L and B/S Schedule.
• Assist & support in month end closing.
• Monthly reconciliation - Bank statement, Interco transactions, etc
• Issue invoice to customer in Philippines.
• Prepare & analyse Aging of AP & AR.
• Assist & support to Audit inquiry- Internal & External.
• Provide Admin support.
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by FM.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Possess self-motivated, hardworking, meticulous, positive attitude & able to meet deadline.
