Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform day - to- day processing and accounting of all account payable /receivable.
• Record and maintain financial transaction in accounting software.
• Follow up on overdue payment and prepare payment to vendor.
• Assist prepared DO and invoices.
• Assist in audit requirement and GST return.
• Meet deadlines for management reporting.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Involve in monthly stock take.
• Any other ad-hod duties may assign on time to time basic.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• Diploma in accountancy/Degree in Accounting.
• Highly proficient in SAP and MS Excel.
