Job Description

:

• Manage AR and AP processing, including initiating payments, recording bank receipts, and conducting bank reconciliations.
• Handle staff claims processing and provide support in admin and payroll tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of accounting schedules and contribute to month-end reconciliation.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and participate in statutory audits and tax filings.
• Apply best practices, maintain care and discipline in all financial processes, and perform other assigned duties.

Job Requirements:

• Accounting degree or relevant qualification (e.g., ACCA, diploma).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Strong attention to detail and discipline.
• Experience using Xero is a plus.
• Ideally available at short notice.
