Position title: Account Executive (AR)
Location: Sin Ming
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working hours : 830am - 530pm
Salary : $2500-$2900

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparation, issuance of invoices, credit notes and refunds of a portfolio of clients
- Monitor AR ageing report and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities with calls and / or emails
- Daily monitoring of receipts and ensure proper uploading into system
- Investigate and resolve parent\'s enquiries, including resolve collection and payment discrepancies and work closely with operations team to maintain healthy AR aging report of clients
- Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity
- Monthly checking of sub-con payments
- Assist in annual audits
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
- Graduated from college, Polytechnic / Diploma in Accountancy / Business or equivalent
- Comfortable to call clients for collection
- Familiar with MS Excel
- Candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant work experiences
- Able to work OT if required
