Job Description

• Salary: $2,500 - $2,800
• Working Days : 5 Days
• Working Hour : 10am-7.30pm
• Location: Sim Lim Square (Rochor)

Requirements:

• Highly proficient in AUTOCOUNT accounting software

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• AR payment knockoff , email statements of accounts to customers weekly. Call for payment.
• month-end closing & bank reconciliation.
• Audit and tax queries
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports
• Perform reconciliation of suppliers\' statements and ensure all disputes are resolved.
• Assist in payment/collection and petty cash reimbursement.
• Prepare and submission of quarterly GST returns.
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations including for intercompany transactions.
• Monthly payroll processing including staff attendance, commission, etc
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• work with admin staff as a team
• prepare reports requested by superior
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / management
