DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas that allow the Account Executive to give an effective presentation.
2. Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Account Executive on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
3. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
4. Demonstrates the ability to carry on business conversations with business owners, key personnel, and decision-makers.
5. Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in to increase in market share.
6. Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
7. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships. (Develops a list of records of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail, and networking to maximize revenue.)
8. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls. Follow-up activities like coordinating shipping programs, managing deliverables, and implementing special sales activities in order to reduce stock.
9. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans.
10. Handles customer complaints, as well as identifies the root cause, and resolves their concerns.
11. Demonstrates the ability to gather critical business information.
12. Manages the collection of payables. Ensures collection of payment of delivered goods on a prescribed period set of Finance.
13. Performs other related activities required by the Management in the conduct of its business.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. College Graduate BSBA Marketing, BS Chemical or Industrial Engineering
2. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
3. Training on the Art of Selling (Selling Development), Leadership Training, QS/FSMS Awareness training
