DESIGNATION : Senior Key Account Executive - Marketplace

RESPONSIBILITIES
NTUC FairPrice is seeking a dynamic and self motivated Senior Key Account Executive - Marketplace in Singapore to manage the Key Accounts for the Fairprice Online Marketplace business. The candidate must be a strong team player, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively determine and execute the longer-term strategy for the Key Account Management team. The candidate will work alongside all relevant stakeholders to identify range gaps and customer needs, and successfully grow the assigned group of accounts. The individual must have deep experience in managing a rapidly scaling sales organizations, calling upon her/his experiences in negotiation, CRM systems, commercial sales ops team, and analytics. Primary Responsibilities

  • The right candidate stays on top of industry and competitive trends, and is able to execute initiatives at both tactical and strategic level to drive assortments, sales, and margin growth for the assigned categories, while also improving our customer experience.
  • He/she will be responsible for managing comprehensive selection across multiple large brands, developing collaborative marketing and promotions, and driving sales and margin improvements.
  • He/she should have strong interpersonal skills and experience in building strong relationships, and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must also possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable drawing metric-based conclusions through data.
  • Provide analysis on performance gaps and be able to innovate and find new ways to grow the business through their portfolio.
  • Develop strategic Joint Business Plans with partners, to identify opportunities for client growth and business optimisation, and working with clients to drive their implementation.
  • Facilitate and drive cross-functional projects and initiatives within the business for the Account Management team.
  • He/she will work with the Seller Acquisition Team to identify and groom potential key brands / sellers, to develop long term relationships with sellers’ senior management.
  • Collecting feedback from key accounts and collaborating with the Marketplace Ops team to resolve any operational, logistical or business issues and to improve existing procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and interest in driving business improvements through account management, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end project management.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in e-commerce, business development, or consulting.
  • Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, meticulous and results driven team player
