Job Description

• Working Days: 5 days work week
• Working Timing: 9am-6pm
• Working Location: Mandai Estate, Kranji (Tower 2)
• Salary range: S$3,300-S$4,300

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage full set of accounts
• Submission of GST and ensure tax computation are in order
• Oversee transactions are keyed in accurately and on time in Autocount software
• Ensure payments are checked, verified, authorised and approved
• Timely preparation and closing of accounts
• Support and advise Project Team on financial & accounting matters
• Assist in payroll process
• Review and implementation of accounting procedures and policies
• Perform annual stock take

Requirements:

• ACCA level 2 or Diploma in Accounting
• Must have experienced in Construction Sector
• Required skill(s): Quickbook or others
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong knowledge on GST and accounting system
