THE ROLE

As an Account Executive / Digital Media Planning, you will support the client services team to manage a portfolio of advertisers/brands and help them deliver against agree clients’ media KPIs and objectives. You will provide data analysis and output, and pull together reports and information as required. Key Deliverables:

• Thoroughly in responding to client campaign requests received while working alongside the team on day-to-day requirements.

• Actively participate in supporting client reports, competitive data requirements, setups of Quarterly Business Reviews or monthly/weekly reviews or interim reports.

• Monitor campaign budget/spend optimization while working closely with the Ad-Operations and Reporting Teams to ensure delivery of the agreed client KPIs.

• Build trust, and meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders.

• Be the go-to person for key campaign performance information and have an operational understanding of digital platforms such as FB/Google/Search.

• Be open to sharing ideas and be exploratory in driving innovation or innovative ways of delivering to the problem.

• 6 – 12 months of experience in account management or client servicing in the online/digital advertising
• Knowledge about the digital media industry and the latest digital advertising trends.
• Solid numerical and analytical led ability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on Excel and PowerPoint to enable proficient showcase of reports and findings.
