Job Description
Position title : Account Executive [ Full set accounting ]
Location: Gambas Cres (Sembawang)
Working Days: Mon-Friday , 5 working days
Working hours : 9am-6pm
Salary : SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000 (depend experience)
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the organization\'s full set of accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, which includes processing payments to vendors and handling claims.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and closely monitor cash balances to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and prepare tax returns as required.
- Handling annual audit requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
- At least 3 years\' experience.
- Able to communicate with internal and external parties.
